Service 01
Regulatory liability transfer
All enforcement actions and audits under the AI Act are directed to our entity. Your organisation is not the target of EU regulatory proceedings, and the obligation to answer to authorities sits with us.
- Clear liability allocation, defined in your mandate
- Authorities engage us first, not your foreign entity

- A named, accountable party for every inquiry
Service 03
Documentation custody
Required AI Act documentation is maintained in the Netherlands with immediate authority access, so that when a request comes the record is complete and produced without delay.
